You should have an 'I can' mentality; this allows you to build confidence in your ability to handle any tough situation no matter how frightening it is and fosters a high sense of self esteem in you.

A confident person is one whose socializing skills are vibrant enough to improve on your socializing skills, go out more, visit new places and don't be afraid to start conversation. The main objective of developing your child's self esteem is to help him/her persist in life in spite of obstacles and succeed.

Recalling incidents in the past that you were able to overcome can help you build confidence in yourself and gear you up for present challenges.

Self esteems stems from an innate confidence in your abilities and talents; knowing what you are good at is one way of ensuring that your self image looks good to you. As a parent, you should let your child know that decision making is also part of being confident; a child's ability to make sound decisions should be accompanies by the realization that he is going to be responsible for them, this increases his perception of himself in a good way. Workers should be opened to improvement techniques that enhance their skills and abilities at work to be able to contribute more and inevitably feel like a significant part of their workplace.
